We are Learning about doing narrative.

A long time ago as if we were in the days of the dinosaur lived two proud maunga above and below the pristine pacific ocean. This two maunga were deeply in love as if they were Ranginui the sky Father and Papatuanuku the earth mother. However , maungarei stood tall above the sea as if he was sir Edmund Hillary and Rangitoto deep blue sea as if she was the earth's core It wasn't  all happy joy joy because these two lovebirds were separated by liters of the pacific ocean   and could not see each other as if they were blinded by love.// maungarei and Rangitoto could not see each other but still communicated through song as if they were big blue.Everyday they sing there song to meet each other and then the Rangitoto can under the ocean and expold her lava and the were sing to. SO she blew and rose from the sea but her back was turned to him. Maungarei was dormant like that she was are good singer and she made his baby grow up again. And when they were sing they were so joyful that they meet together and they can sing there song until the sunset goes down.And they live happily ever after. THEY WERE SO GOOD TO MEET THEM AGAIN AND THEN THEY WERE So. Alone  The lava song

A long long time ago there was a volcano
Living all alone in the middle of the sea
He sat high above his bay watching all the couples play
And wishing that he had someone too
And from his lava came this song of hope that he sang
Out loud everyday for years and years

Years of singing all alone turned his lava into stone
Until he was on the brink of extinction

Because she believed his song was meant for her
Now she was so ready to meet him above the sea
As he sang his song of hope for the last time

Rising from the sea below stood a lovely volcano
Looking all around but she could not see him
He tried to sing to let her know that she was not there alone
But with no lava his song was all gone
He filled the sea with his tears and watched his dreams disappear
As she remembered what his song meant to her

All together now their lava grew and grew
